Sign in once, sign out once
VNCworkflow signs you in through the suite single sign-on (SSO) — the same identity you use for the VNClagoon Portal and every other product.
Seamless sign-in
Section titled “Seamless sign-in”- From the suite. Open VNCworkflow from the launcher or from another product, and you are already signed in — no second login. VNCworkflow adopts the shared sign-in session the suite already established.
- Directly. If you open VNCworkflow on its own and you are not signed in, it takes you to the suite sign-in and returns you to where you were — a deep link to a request survives the round-trip.
One sign-out
Section titled “One sign-out”Account → Sign out ends the shared session for the whole suite, not just VNCworkflow. The next product you open asks you to sign in again. Use it when you are done, especially on a shared computer.
Why it matters
Section titled “Why it matters”One identity means one set of permissions everywhere: the roles you hold in VNCdirectory decide what you can see and act on, in VNCworkflow and in the other products alike.
