The chat assistant
In a room or direct chat, the AI Assistant answers questions about that conversation — Ask about this conversation. It is the suite’s in-product assistant (its mascot is Lago) and it runs on your organization’s AI policy, inside your own infrastructure.
Open it
Section titled “Open it”Select the assistant with the Assistant button in the room header. It is scoped to the room (it shows Ask about this conversation ({room})), reads the thread, and answers with what it finds. While it works it shows Thinking.
Suggested questions
Section titled “Suggested questions”- Summarise this conversation
- What decisions were made?
- What are the open questions?
It is read-only: it never changes the chat. If it can’t find an answer it says I couldn’t find an answer, and if the service is down, The assistant is unavailable.
