FAQ
What’s the difference between a room and a direct message? A room is a group conversation; a direct message is one-to-one. See Channels vs chat.
How do I stop a room from pinging me? Use its notification level / mute. See Configure notifications.
Can I edit or delete a message? Yes — edit or retract your own. See Edit or retract a message.
