Sign in and sign out
VNCfluid uses the suite’s single sign-on: you sign in once and every product opens already signed in — no second login, no password prompt inside the shell.
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”- Sign in to the portal as usual.
- Open VNCfluid from the portal.
Because you are already signed in to the portal, VNCfluid opens straight to your board — you do not see a login form. On a cold visit (a bookmarked or shared VNCfluid address with no live suite session), VNCfluid sends you to your organisation’s sign-in page and returns you to your board afterwards.
When your portal session is still active, VNCfluid silently verifies it and opens directly — no extra redirects.
The shell checks your session on a timer and whenever you return to the tab. If the session has ended, VNCfluid takes you back to sign in rather than leaving the portlets stalled.
Sign out
Section titled “Sign out”- Open your account menu (top bar).
- Select Sign out.
This is a single sign-out (SLO): it ends your session for the whole suite on this device — the portal and the other products are signed out too — and returns you to the portal sign-in.
To end your session on every device, use Sign out everywhere from your avatar / account menu instead.
Change your picture
Section titled “Change your picture”- Open your account menu (top bar).
- Select Change picture.
- Choose an image file (PNG, JPG, WebP, etc.) and upload it. Your new picture will be visible across the suite.
Result
Section titled “Result”One sign-in carries you across the suite; one sign-out closes it. You are never asked to log in to VNCfluid separately, and you never have to sign out of each product one by one.
