Email a chat report

Not everyone is in the chat. Forward by email sends a conversation — with its files — to people by email, from your own mailbox in VNCmail.

Send a report

1. In a room (or a direct chat), open the More menu.
2. Choose Forward by email. The Forward by email dialog opens.
3. Add the recipients (comma, semicolon or space separated).
4. Send it. The report goes out from your mailbox, so the recipient sees your real identity; attachments from the conversation are included.

This is the way to loop in occasional or external people without giving them a chat account.
