Spaces and boards
A board is your arrangement of portlets — the cards you see. My Day is the default board. You can keep several boards and switch between them with the space tabs across the top.
Create a space
Section titled “Create a space”- Select + on the tab bar (next to the space tabs).
- Choose how to start:
- Blank space — an empty board you fill yourself.
- Start from a template — a ready-made board with the portlets for a common task.
- Workspace — a shared board for a project or team (see Workspaces).
The new space appears as a tab; switch to it at any time.
Add a portlet
Section titled “Add a portlet”- Open the Portlet catalog (the grid icon in the top bar).
- Find the product group, then select Add next to the card you want.
- The card is placed on the board right away; Added marks the cards already on it.
Arrange the board
Section titled “Arrange the board”- Drag a card by its header to move it.
- From the keyboard: focus a card’s header, use the arrow keys to move it and shift + arrows to resize it.
- Tidy board snaps the layout; Lock layout freezes it so cards cannot be moved by accident; Wipe this board clears it to a clean slate.
- Remove a card by hovering it and choosing Remove portlet.
Your layout is saved for you as you go, so it is there when you return.
