Where are my Sent and Drafts? In the sidebar; if a folder is hidden, show it in Settings → Folders. Your mailbox creates the standard folders automatically.
Can I use my own address as the sender? Yes — add it under Settings → Identities and pick it in the From field. See Sending identities.
How do I get mail on my phone or desktop? Install VNCmail as an app or use the desktop client. See Use VNClagoon as an app (PWA).
Does it work offline? The interface loads offline and queued edits sync when you reconnect. See Search your mail.
How do I find a message fast? Use the search box, or switch it to Meaning for a semantic search. See Search your mail.
How do I stop a sender? Trust or block senders in Settings. VIP senders and a blocklist are available per account.
How do I hide mail until later? Snooze it. See Snooze a message.
