VNCcrm is the revenue workspace of the suite. It covers the commercial path
from a first lead to a won deal and a renewed subscription: leads and their
scoring, companies and contacts, a visual pipeline of opportunities, activities
and campaigns, and the reporting that turns all of it into a forecast.
It is built as a workspace, not a database with a list view. The question it
answers every morning is: what do I work on now, and what is the book worth?
Every record carries its history — activities, comments, mentions, risk — so a deal
can be assessed without asking around.
- A pipeline you can see. Opportunities move through stages on a visual
pipeline; drag a deal and its stage changes.
- Lead flow with judgement. Lead scoring ranks leads and names what is missing
before a lead is worth pursuing.
- Forecasting with a reason. A weighted forecast, coverage, leakage and
renewal revenue — and the risk behind the number.
- Guided selling. Next actions per deal with the signal behind them.
- An assistant that acts. It can propose and, with confirmation, execute
changes — under the organization’s AI policy.
- Sovereign operation. All CRM data stays on your infrastructure.
