VNCworkflow in the VNClagoon suite
VNCworkflow is one product in VNClagoon. It does not stand alone: it shares identity, the account control and the assistant with the other products, so it behaves like the rest of the suite.
One sign-in, one account
Section titled “One sign-in, one account”You sign in once — to the VNClagoon Portal or to any product — and the whole suite recognises you. The account control (the avatar at the top right) is the same control in every product, and it opens the shared account menu. See Sign in once, sign out once.
The suite assistant
Section titled “The suite assistant”The Assistant is the same suite AI you meet in the other products. In VNCworkflow it is grounded on VNCworkflow’s own documentation, so it answers how-to questions about requests, stations and templates. It is read-only — it never changes a request. See The assistant.
Start a workflow where the work is
Section titled “Start a workflow where the work is”You rarely start in VNCworkflow. From VNCfiles, VNCtask or VNCchannels you Start workflow on the item, and VNCworkflow opens the same create wizard — the request is linked back to the file, task or topic. See Workflow in the other apps.
Your activity, where people look
Section titled “Your activity, where people look”The suite keeps a per-person activity view. A VNCworkflow request — one you raise, comment on or decide — appears alongside your other suite activity on that person’s timeline, so a colleague finds your requests next to your mail, chats and tasks in one place. See Timeline and AI Brief.
One system of record
Section titled “One system of record”Wherever a request starts, it lives in VNCworkflow: the stations, the decisions and the audit trail are all here. Other apps hold only the link and the status. VNCworkflow keeps the workflow content; people, org units and roles stay in VNCdirectory.
