Settings
Settings (from the top bar) has four sections.
Appearance
Section titled “Appearance”- Font size — Small / Medium / Large.
- Chat background — Default, Card or Brand.
Messages
Section titled “Messages”- Time format — 12-hour / 24-hour.
- Enter to send — send with Enter (otherwise use the send button).
Privacy
Section titled “Privacy”- Send read receipts.
- Show typing indicator.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”- Email me missed mentions — Off, Daily or Hourly.
Per-room notification behaviour (sounds, mute) lives in the room itself — see Configure notifications and Pin and mute a conversation. The full picture of privacy, retention and muting is in Privacy and message settings.
